Established in 2021 by Dr Amanda Boodhoo, RN, RM, RHV, Cert Ed, BA, MA, Phd. At  AJB care and safeguarding consultancy we specialise in supporting our customers by providing a range of services that are personal and tailored to your needs. This is achieved through the long-established experience and expertise of our  directors and network of dedicated and highly experienced professionals, who come from a wide range of professions including nursing, midwifery, health visiting, law, academia, teaching and social work.

We can respond to a wide range of requests for consultancy and can provide named staff for specific assignments and extensive projects. Our consultancy offers a vast range of benefits to help you become safeguarding compliant. We design bespoke policies and procedures, audits and reviews and provide independent advice and guidance. We work closely with your organisation to understand its capacity to respond to safeguarding concerns . We are proud  that our consultancy has a unique ability to build in the ‘reality factor’ ensuring products are the least impactful on the day-to-day business but yet maximise existing resources. Our consultancy services can be delivered over variable timeframes and are driven by a dedicated and experienced project manager to ensure timely completion.
